What to expect...
Your 1st Consultation...
- Once you let me know of your interest. I will ask for your email address.
- You will be given access to the member zone and be able to download as well as log into and use our health and fitness phone app.
- When you have logged in, you can take a closer look at the features, daily dairy, programs, habit tracking tools, etc. which you will be interacting with on a daily basis throughout your coaching experience.
- A few days after, I will reach out to you and we will set a date for your consultation.
- The consultation can take between 30-45 minutes, it will be held online over a video call.
Your 1st Session...
- Your 1st session will be a video or phone call (if video isn’t available), this call typically lasts between 30-60 minutes.
- The aim of this session is to gather all the necessary information to build your plan. The format of the meeting is open and allows you to express your ideal goals in a safe space.
- This is also a chance for you to ask me questions you may have about the coaching.
- You will leave this session with an action plan for the next 2 weeks.
- We set a date/time for your follow up consultation (2 weeks away).
Your 1st Week...
- Throughout your first week, you will receive actionable steps that are designed with your goals in mind, to get you closer to your goal.
- Expect to receive additional helpful information that helps to educate you on your journey.
- At the end of the week you will receive a Weekly Habit Review Form and I encourage you to fill this in as it’s an important step in solidifying your habits.
- After filling this in, I will review and check in on how you are doing. If you require assistance at this stage, I will reach out to you.
- You will then be continuing with your daily habits up to week 2.
Week 2 and After...
- Your 2nd consult will last between 30-60 minutes. Depending on your needs.
- Expect a casual catch up chat.
- The aim is for me to get an understanding of what may be currently holding you back and how we can setup habits to fit in with your unique lifestyle.
- Step 3 and 4 repeats every 2 weeks until you decide to you are comfortable and confident enough to carry on by yourself.

What is the price of coaching?
A coaching package includes:
- 6 x 1 hour consultations.
- A personalized nutrition and habit coaching plan that changes and adapts to your lifestyle.
- 3 month exercise plan that changes every 4-6 weeks and supports your individual goals.
- Access to the members area to track your habits and goals daily.
- Access to fully explanatory exercise tutorials.
- Tailored educating information shared that supports your program.
The above 3 month coaching plan is £450.
After 3 months, the plan automatically switches to £150 per month.
Do I get workout and nutrition plans?
Yes in the 3 month coaching plan you will receive:
- A personalized nutrition and habit coaching plan that changes and adapts to your lifestyle.
- 3 month exercise plan that changes every 4-6 weeks and supports your individual goals.
It is important to note that we don’t give out template plans and expect you to stick to it.
Your plans will be 100% adaptive and are non restrictive. I don’t give out diet plans. Your habits will change based on your lifestyle, goals and the changes in your day to day life.
Do I have to count my calories?
You may be required to use MyFitnessPal as an educating tool short term in some cases. In other cases, you may need to track total calories if required at a certain stage that your progress stagnates, for example, if you wish to gain weight and build muscle.
What if I have to go on holiday?
The habit-based approach is designed to adapt to your lifestyle. So if you wish to take a break completely, you can.
However some would prefer to continue tracking their habits on holiday and that is totally fine too.
You will be fully supported either way and consultations can still carry on.
Do I need to have a gym membership?
No you do not.
This coaching program teaches you everything you need to work out at home with minimal equipment but still allows you to reach your results.
However, in some cases a gym membership may be desired by the client, but it is not absolutely necessary. If a gym workout plan is preferred, I can provide excellent in-gym workout plans that suit a busy environment.
What if I have to go on holiday?

Can I try before buying?
Yes, I give every new client the opportunity to try to app and see if they like the experience of the coaching I offer. I think it is very important that you feel comfortable working with me.
You will have an opportunity to try out a stretch/mobility program, play around with the app, check out the features before committing to anything.
What if I am struggling with my habits?
It is perfectly normal to be worried when starting a new habit plan. Don’t worry though as at the end of our coaching sessions you should feel you are 90-100% capable of reaching the targets set. Since they are completely designed around your lifestyle, your likes/dislikes, your anxieties and most importantly you have the final say on you habits you’ll be working on. My role will be to help you design a plan that is achievable for you and help you stick with it 80-100% of the time. Stick with it long enough and you’ll be surprised at your results!
