Great experience with Bow, who thoroughly assessed the full range of potential causes of my pain, quickly diagnosed the likely causes, and provided effective recommendations and a manageable treatment plan - as well as some interesting education along the way! I had a treatment from Bow last week, she was recommended to me by my boyfriend, who she sees regularly. I've been to several physio before, they all help in their own way, but it always took times and many sessions. I left my first an only 1 hr massage I had with Bow feeling so much better. I have problems with my lower back since more than 10 years and she discovered that the problem is actually on my hips. After the massage, on my way home, my lover back and top part of my legs were in such a relief I had goosebumps, I am not even joking. Having a long term back pain and needed to know the reason for the occurrence and the accurate treatment. Bow is extremely professional. I came and saw Bow to help with some restrictions in my shoulder.

She was very professional and thorough in her assessment and diagnosed what needed to be treated. She looks at the whole picture of the body in a measured and clinical approach.

Her hands on treatment is very good, it’s not the typical ‘apply heavy pressure’ sport massage that pretty common with less effective professionals and takes the nervous system into account.

Bow is simply amazing. I went in with general tightness and pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. After talking about what I was experiencing, she got stuck in, giving an amazing deep-tissue massage, but also carefully working out what was troubling me.
She was able to explain clearly what she was seeing, and telling me what she thought was needed.
All this, plus she's an absolute delight.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Bow for my chronic back pain, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I came to see Bow for my shoulders which have been quite tight and constantly felt like they were jammed - it would be difficult to have my arms up straight and carrying a backpack was very achy. In one session she managed to undo the knots and free my shoulders but not only that but my neck has much more range of motion now! I then had subsequent sessions to do my legs as well because they have been feeling heavy and she has helped them reset so I feel much lighter now. Bow is very knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions before treatment. She’s very thorough in the diagnosis.
