About
About Bow Fitness
If you’ve ever felt like treatment helped a bit but never really solved the problem, you’re not alone. That’s exactly why I started Bow Fitness.
Most people who come to me have already tried the usual routes: massage, physio, rehab exercises, sometimes even injections or surgery. And while those things might help in the short term, the issue often comes back. Why? Because no one’s taken the time to look at the bigger picture.
What Sets Me Apart
I’m not just here to get you out of pain.
I’m here to figure out why it showed up in the first place and help you fix it for the long run.
What makes my approach different is how I blend hands-on treatment with a deep understanding of movement, strength, and real-life biomechanics. My background in heavy lifting, personal training, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gives me insight that most manual therapists or physios simply don’t have.
I understand what it means to push your body, to want to get back to training, and to feel frustrated when things keep breaking down. I also understand that movement isn’t just an add-on — it’s part of the treatment.
Where many professionals focus only on short-term pain relief, I zoom out. I look at how your body moves in 3D, how force travels through your system, and what’s really driving the symptoms. Because if we don’t address the root cause, your body will keep protecting itself the only way it knows how: through pain, stiffness, and compensation.
Who I Work With
I work with people who want to understand their body, not just get a quick fix.
That includes:
Active individuals, grapplers, and lifters
Desk workers with recurring pain or tightness
Those who’ve tried other treatments but still feel stuck
Anyone ready to move better and feel more in control of their body
Who This Isn’t For
This approach probably isn’t for you if:
You’re after a quick fix with no effort between sessions
You just want passive treatment without addressing the root cause
You’re not ready to take an active role in your recovery
If you’re curious, committed, and ready for real change — I’ve got you.
What to Expect from Your Treatment
My approach isn’t just about relieving pain in the short term. I want to empower you with the knowledge, support, and tools you need to live without pain in the long term. Here’s what you can expect from your treatment experience:
Initial Consultation + Treatment: We begin with an in-depth conversation about your pain, health history, and lifestyle. From there, I’ll tailor your treatment to your unique needs. This holistic approach ensures that we don’t just mask the symptoms but address the root cause of your pain.
Follow-Up Treatments: These sessions are all about recovery and progression. Each treatment is bespoke, designed to help speed up recovery, restore mobility, and prevent future pain. I’ll continuously assess your needs and adjust your treatment accordingly.
Client-Centered Coaching
I understand that rehabilitation is not just about exercises—it’s about building confidence and consistency. Many clients come to me after working with other practitioners and feel like they haven’t received the tailored care they need. I address this gap by:
Providing Clear Progressions: I create a plan that’s tailored to you and set clear, achievable goals for each phase of recovery. Together, we’ll track your progress and adjust as needed.
Online Coaching for Flexibility: After we’ve worked together in the clinic, many clients transition to online coaching for continued support. This allows you to keep making progress from the comfort of your home, without needing constant supervision. I believe that education and independence are key to successful rehabilitation, so you’ll know exactly what to do at each stage.
Motivational Support: I offer ongoing support through coaching calls and check-ins, ensuring you stay motivated, confident, and on track with your goals. This is where I differ from many other professionals—you’ll always know what’s next, which builds confidence and ensures continued progress.
