She was so quick at figuring out the precise points in the body that were tight, tender and weak, which were causing pain and dysfunction. I have improved massively thanks to working with her, and not only that but she has given me exercises to keep me progressing and improving! Thank you Bow!Leah Bone11 August 2024I was referred to bow by a family member for my back and knee pain that I’ve had for years. I’ve never had a sports massage before but it’s worked wonders for me. Ive only been a few times and can feel the difference already! Bow has also given me specific easy exercises to do at home, to help improve and build up those areas she identified to have been causing the pain, which has also really helped. I would highly recommend Bow, she is a kind and lovely person that knows her stuff! I will definitely continue going to her.Jugdeep Atwal11 August 2024I had a repetitive pain issue resonating from my elbow which resulted in a lack of grip and a constant dull ache. The issues were explained to Bow, how this pain was causing restrictions to my daily movement, and impeding my quality of life. After the 1st session Bow had dramatically reduced the pain and restrictions I was experiencing. Bow troubleshooted what was causing the issues and after each session I am experiencing less pain and greater movement. Felt improvements on my condition straight after the first sessionShuklin Chan28 June 2024When I tore the cartilage on my right knee 8 months ago, I'd become resigned to the fact that I would be stuck limping for the rest of my life . A series of unproductive visits to my orthopaedic further dented my confidence in medical solutions as all he could do was to offer surgery or steroid injection for the rest of my life. However, I am so glad that Bow was recommended to me by a work colleague. Her assessment, diagnosis and subsequent treatment has been wonderful and there is a significant improvement in my condition. She is definitely a manual therapist who cares and is very thorough in every way, she makes sure she knows your history as well as the present to ensure she can treat you in the best possible way. She has been giving me treatments, monitoring my diet and suggesting suitable supplements and the best exercise coaching that I can get. I began to feel better and I've got my enthusiasm for being an active and healthy person again. She continues to look after me after my 3 months treatments and exercise coaching ended by tailor-making an online lifestyle coaching programme which includes healthy eating and regular exercise that fits into my daily life.
