I found Bow through Google after a running race, I could feel that my legs (my knees) were in a similar place to an injury I had 3 years ago that stopped me running for 6 weeks and I was desperate to avoid this! Bow worked holistically to look at my entire body and work out what was causing the tightness in my knees. She carried out dry needling in the particular points on my legs to relieve the tension and this was a totally life changing experience! I have an injury sustained from jiu jitsu which has been ongoing for roughly 2 years now. This injury stops me from either fully extending my elbow or bending my elbow restricting my range of motion and is painful at times when I do try. Today at bow fitness even though it is my first session Bow has really helped loosen and relax my elbow increasing my range of motion more than I could previously which now means I can reach under my armpit (difficult beforehand) and touch the opposite side of my neck (couldn’t beforehand).
