At Bow Fitness, we understand that real, lasting change doesn’t just happen in the treatment room. That’s why we offer a separate, habit-based coaching service focused on nutrition, movement, and lifestyle — designed to support your recovery, strength goals, and long-term health in a way that fits into your life.

This is coaching for people who want clarity, structure, and accountability without extreme diets or unrealistic plans. Whether you’re working through rehab, returning to training, or simply want to feel stronger and more in control of your body, this coaching gives you the tools to move forward with confidence.

Try Before You Commit

Before signing up, you’ll get a 3-day trial of the coaching app to explore how it works. You’ll be able to test a mobility or stretch session, browse the daily tools, and get a feel for the platform — no pressure, no commitment.

What to Expect

Step 1: Access & App Trial

Once you request to join, I’ll ask for your email and give you access to the app for a 3-day trial. During this time, you can explore the features, try out a sample program, and get a feel for how the platform works.

After the trial ends, we’ll schedule a 30 minute call to discuss your experience, answer any questions, and if you’re happy to move forward, we’ll book your first official onboarding consultation to get started.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

After your trial, we’ll schedule a 30–45 minute video call. This is your chance to talk through your goals, ask questions, and help me understand what you need. You’ll leave this session with a clear 2-week plan to get started.

Step 3: Your First Two Weeks

You’ll begin working through simple, targeted habits and training guidance built specifically for your goals. At the end of week one, you’ll complete a brief check-in form so I can support and adjust your plan as needed.

Step 4: Ongoing Coaching & Check-Ins

Every two weeks, we’ll catch up online with a 30–45 minute consultation to review progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as life changes. This rhythm continues for three months, or longer if you choose to continue.

What’s Included – £200/month (3-month minimum)

  • 6 x 45 minute consultations
  • A personalised, habit-based nutrition and lifestyle plan
  • 3-month strength or rehab-focused exercise program, adjusted every 2–6 weeks, depending on your individual needs
  • Access to the app for daily habit tracking and exercise tutorials
  • Support that adapts to travel, training, stress, and life outside the gym
  • Tailored education and guidance to build your independence and confidence

After the 3-month minimum, you can continue month-to-month at £200/month, or stop anytime if you feel ready to go it alone.

Nutritional & Lifestyle Coaching FAQ

Do I get a training and nutrition plan?

Yes, but not a rigid template. Your training and nutrition plans are completely personalised, adaptive, and built around your life, not the other way around.

Do I have to count calories?

Not unless it makes sense for your goals. We may use tracking as a short-term tool to help with awareness, but the focus is on building sustainable habits over time.

What if I go on holiday or life gets busy?

That’s exactly what this coaching is built for. Your plan will adapt to changes in routine. You can pause, reduce intensity, or continue light tracking, whatever suits you best.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Home-based plans with minimal equipment are fully supported. If you prefer gym-based training, I’ll build a program to suit that too.

What if I struggle with the habits?

That’s normal. Habits are designed collaboratively to fit your capacity, lifestyle, and preferences. You have the final say, and I’m here to help you stick with them, even when life gets messy.

Can I try it before I commit?

Yes. You can explore the app and test a sample program with a 3-day trial before making a decision.
